This is a signed promotional postcard for the upcoming Handcuff King: The Conquests of Harry Houdini, 1900–1909. These were handed out at the recent Society of American Magicians Convention in Appleton, Wisconsin, and only a limited stock remains.

The front of the card features a clever original advertisement for Houdini at the Grand Theater in Pittsburgh in October 1908. This comes from the collection of Ken Trombly. The other side has an ad for the book and is signed by author John Cox.

Only 100 of these cards were created. Only the cards offered here are signed.
